2.將焊縫及其兩側焊渣、飛濺物清理乾淨,容器的機加工件表麵應用汽油或清洗劑去除油漬等汙物。

3.**焊縫兩側異物時,應用不鏽鋼絲刷,不鏽鋼鏟或砂輪**,**完畢用淨水(水中氯離子含量不超過25mg/l)衝刷乾淨。

4.當油汙嚴重時則用3-5%的堿溶液將油汙**,並用淨水衝洗乾淨。

5.對不鏽鋼熱加工件的氧化皮可用機械噴砂的方法**,砂必須是純矽或氧化鋁。

6.製定酸洗、鈍化的**措施,確定必須的用具和勞動防護用品。

酸洗鈍化操作

隻有進行過預處理的容器或零部件才能進行酸洗鈍化處理。

酸洗液酸洗主要用於較小型未經加工的零部件整體處理,可以用噴刷的方法。溶液溫度在21-60℃時,每隔10分鐘左右檢查一次,直至呈現出均勻的白色酸蝕的光潔度為止。

酸洗膏酸洗主要適用於大型容器或局部處理。在室溫下將酸洗膏外均勻乾淨設備上(約2-3mm厚),停留一小時後用潔淨水或不鏽鋼絲刷輕輕刷,直至呈現出均勻的白色酸蝕的光潔度為止。

鈍化液主要適用於小型容器或部件整體處理,可以采用浸入或噴刷的方法,當溶液溫度在48-60℃時,每20分鐘檢查一次,當溶液在21-47℃時,每小時檢查一次,直至表麵生成均勻的鈍化膜為止。

鈍化膏主要適用於大型容器或局部處理,在室溫下將鈍化膏均勻塗在酸洗過的容器表麵(約2-3mm),1小時後檢查,直至表麵生成均勻的鈍化膜為止。

酸洗鈍化容器或零部件必須用潔淨水將表麵衝洗乾淨,*後用酸性石蕊試紙測試衝洗麵的任何處,使PH值在6.5-7.5之間,然後擦乾或用壓縮空氣吹乾。容器和零部件經酸洗鈍化後搬運吊裝及存放時禁止磕碰劃傷鈍化膜。
